Apocalypse Now!
We did no work at all last week (Ok maybe a bit) since our newest range of remote controlled helicopters arrived. These mad flying machines have been busily buzzing round our office and showroom in Fulham . We even took them to our local pub and flew them around inside! Our drinking buddies were so impressed we sold about 10 of the Mini Helicopters - although I'm not sure the bar manageress was impressed.
The complete range of 'copters includes several co-axial helicopters (where two sets of rotors turn in opposite directions to maintain stability) and a Schweizer 300 lookalike as well as a cool Airwolf™-esque helicopter.
The helicopters weren't the only things getting us buzzed this week; we managed to source the impressive Gaggia coffee makers from Italy and will be putting these on our website soon. These new coffee makers take the beans in an inbuilt grinder and have a 'dose measurement' system so you get the perfect amount of coffee grounds in your daily cuppa.
In other news; we will be implementing a few new ideas to the overall website design shortly (when I can work out how to do them!). The first is to display approximate prices in Euros and Dollars for each product so that visitors from other countries will be able to do local currency budgeting when considering our range. We will also soon be adding a 'special offers' facility where we will be offering certain seasonal products and reduced prices for quantity orders etc.
